The Platform is a technical tool. The Services are technical tools intended to assist with data processing and the preparation of digital documents.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.5 Additional Services<\/b><\/p>\n Additional services may be offered on top of a standard plan (hereinafter the \u201cAdditional Services\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n These Additional Services cannot be subscribed to independently of an active main plan, unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site or in the applicable Offer.<\/span><\/p>\n They may include, depending on the Offer, personalized technical support, manual account review, data consistency checks, or enhanced handling of certain data processing operations.<\/span><\/p>\n The specific terms of performance, timelines, scope, and limitations of these services are detailed in Appendix A.<\/span><\/p>\n Additional Services are intended to improve the technical consistency and usability of the User\u2019s data and do not constitute accounting services or personalized legal or tax advice.<\/span><\/p>\n The User remains solely responsible for the accuracy of their declarations and for the use of the deliverables provided by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n If an Additional Service is subscribed to less than four (4) weeks before the applicable reporting deadline, the Company will use its best efforts to complete the service on time, without guaranteeing delivery before that deadline.<\/span><\/p>\n The Services are accessible, subject to the restrictions indicated on the Site, to any natural person who has reached the legal age in their country of residence and has the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, as well as to any legal entity acting through a duly authorized representative.<\/span><\/p>\n The countries in which the Services are available are indicated on the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.2 Account Creation<\/b><\/p>\n The \u201cAccount\u201d refers to the User\u2019s dedicated digital account on the Site, through which they can access the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n Use of the Services requires the User to create an account by completing the registration form provided for this purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n The User must provide all required information and undertakes to ensure that it is accurate. Incomplete registrations will not be validated.<\/span><\/p>\n The User agrees to update this information in their Account in the event of any changes.<\/span><\/p>\n The Company shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n Registration automatically results in the creation of an Account, granting access to a personal space through which the User can manage their use of the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.3 Account Security<\/b><\/p>\n Access to the Account is protected by a username and password chosen by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n The User may access their Account at any time by logging in using their credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n Credentials are confidential and constitute proof of identity on the Site. The password may be changed by the User and will never be requested by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n The Account is strictly personal. The User must not share, lend, or transfer it to any third party, including individuals filing taxes within the same household.<\/span><\/p>\n The User must take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use of their Account.<\/span><\/p>\n The Company shall not be held liable in the event of identity theft or unauthorized use.<\/span><\/p>\n If the User becomes aware of or suspects unauthorized use, they must immediately notify the Company. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate measures.<\/span><\/p>\n Creating an Account does not guarantee the availability of all Services, features, or payment methods in all countries.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4 Termination of Access<\/b><\/p>\n These Terms take effect upon the creation of the User\u2019s Account and remain applicable for as long as the Services are accessible.<\/span><\/p>\n The User may delete their account at any time via their profile or by contacting support at support@waltio.com.<\/span><\/p>\n Deletion results in the automatic and immediate termination of any paid Subscription (Article 5).<\/span><\/p>\n Upon deletion, the User will no longer have access to the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n All personal data will be removed from active databases, subject to legal retention obligations (see Article 8.5).<\/span><\/p>\n The price of the Services is indicated on the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in euros (EUR), which is the Company\u2019s reference currency. When prices are displayed or paid in another currency, the actual amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by the payment provider, bank, or network.<\/span><\/p>\n Any bank fees, exchange fees, or other charges applied by third-party providers shall be borne exclusively by the User, unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n Unless otherwise specified, prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the applicable rules. Users will be informed by email at least one (1) month before the new prices take effect.<\/span><\/p>\n Users who do not accept the new prices must stop using the Services in accordance with Article 5.2.
